2024-2025 Eğitim Öğretim Yılı Güz Yarıyılı ders kayıt takvimi ve ders kayıtlarında uyulması gereken kurallar, YTÜ Eğitim Öğretim Rektör Yardımcılığı ve Öğrenci İşleri Daire Başkanlığı tarafından düzenlenmiş https://ogi.yildiz.edu.tr/duyurular/2024-2025-Eğitim-Öğretim-yılı-Güz-Yarıyılı-Ders-Kayıtları-hk./487 adresinde ilan edilmiştir. Tüm süreç, bu esaslar uyarınca yürütülecektir.

YTÜ Ders Kayıt ve Seçim İşlemi Esasları’nın 8. Maddesi uyarınca 2024-2025 Eğitim Öğretim Yılı Güz Yarıyılı Haftalık Ders Programı’nda zorunlu derslerin gruplarının paralel olarak açılmasına özen gösterilmiştir. Zorunlu derslerin kontenjanları, sadece Bologna ders koordinatörüne tanımlı olan öğretim üyesinin grubunda açık olacaktır. Bu nedenle 2., 3. ve 4. sınıf öğrencileri zorunlu derslerini bu gruplardan seçecek, diğer gruplar için kontenjan arttırımı talebi söz konusu olmayacaktır. Kayıtların tamamlanması ile YTÜ Ders Kayıt ve Seçim İşlemi Esasları’nın 8. maddesi uyarınca, toplam öğrenci sayısı eşit olacak biçimde OBS üzerinden öğrenciler gruplara dağıtılacaktır.
Ders kayıt işlemleri sırasında sorun yaşamınız durumunda; aşağıdaki talep çizelgesini kullanarak Mimarlık Bölüm Başkanlığı’nın lisans kayıtları için özel e-posta adresine (ytumimlisanskayit@gmail.com) iletmeniz gerekmektedir.

The entire process will be carried out in accordance with these principles.

In accordance with Article 8 of YTU Course Registration and Selection Procedure Principles, care has been taken to open groups of compulsory courses in parallel in the 2024-2025 Academic Year Fall Semester Weekly Course Schedule. Quotas for compulsory courses will be available only in the group of the faculty member defined by the Bologna course coordinator. For this reason, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade students will choose their compulsory courses from these groups, and there will be no quota increase requests for other groups. Upon completion of registration, students will be distributed to groups via OBS, in accordance with Article 8 of YTU Course Registration and Selection Procedures Principles, so that the total number of students is equal.
