- What is the mission of the Department of Architecture?
To prepare and implement educational programs in line with the requirements of the contemporary architectural environment, to train professionals who are competent in both theory and practice, capable of interdisciplinary collaboration, and who uphold ethical values. To produce and share knowledge at national and international standards, foster an academic environment where ideas can be freely discussed, support academic work in architecture, and keep up with developments in the field.

The department aims to educate professionals who are competent in theory and practice, and capable of creating environments that meet aesthetic, technical, and ecological requirements while fostering creative, analytical, and innovative thinking skills.
- What is the NAAB Certificate held by the Department of Architecture?
In June 2013, following an application to the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) of the United States, and after a visit in November 2013, it was approved by the NAAB General Assembly in February 2014 that our institution would proceed to the second stage.

- How long does the undergraduate program in the Department of Architecture last?
The architecture education spans eight semesters (4 academic years) and includes two professional internship periods. Students who fulfill these requirements successfully are eligible to receive their diplomas.
